Description

According to TEMA international standard the AEW/BEW configuration means a removable tube bundle with one fixed tube sheet and one removable tubesheet with 2 O-rings between a lantern ring to avoid contact of the fluids even in case of gasket breaking.

Removable tube bundle allows an easy cleaning of the cooler, both shell and tube sides. The lantern ring, according to the W configuration of the TEMA, indicates possible leaking of flow.
