Characteristics

• Fine dust particle negative pressure filter for use as a bin vent filter in a modular system that includes the appropriate number of anti-static filter cartridges as corresponds to the type, on a robust stainless steel (1.4301) base plate
• Filter elements can easily be replaced from above or below, depending on the type
• Cylindrical stainless steel (1.4301) filter housing in two versions: - with maintenance door (cartridge installation on the untreated gas side) - without door (cartridge installation on the clean gas side – filter head removed)
• Removable filter head as clean gas chamber with air jet pipes (blasted ceramic)
• Can withstand negative pressure up to 500 mbar (or over)
• Container connector in flange design
• Compressed air reservoir unit with integrated diaphragm valves and pressure reducer
• Controller with integrated 24 V DC magnetic pilot valves
• De-dusting with purified, de-oiled air compressed up to 6 bar
• US jet negative pressure filter: Bag filter made from anti-static polyester needle felt (dust class “M” in accordance with DIN EN 60335-2-69)

Options:

• Differential pressure monitoring for de-dusting of filter elements as needed
• Compressed air maintenance unit with separator
• Design compliant with ATEX 2014/34/EU for use in Zone 22 areas
